House Rules

TO COMPLY THE LOCAL LAW:

1) CITY TAX is: 2 euro x person x night. The host must collect the TAX. Payment for reservation to be submitted before check-in via Resolution Centre.
2) ID DOCUMENTS: A reservation is fully confirmed only after submitting a digital pic of the ID documents of all the guests 48 hours before check-in.
For the reservations made in the 48 hours before check-in, 3 hours after reservation. Check-in is not allowed without documents.


FOR THE HOUSE:

1) A picture of yourself is required as profile avatar.
2)A fee on pets may be applied, based on the pet description, pet size and length of the stay.
Please, contact host before booking if you bring pets and describe them.
3) Basic price is 2 people=1 double bed. Extra beds after 2 people are on demand and costs 15 euros x night, as much as an extra guest. Please make arrangements with host before arrival.

The space
It is 50 sqm loft just in front of the Town Castle.
It is at the 3rd floor with elevator. There are 5 windows on the ceiling and is very bright all day long.
There is a corridor to enter the apartment that is also a waiting room and luggage deposit.

It is very charming. You can see the trees and the castle tower through the windows.
The apartment is a Loft: one big space without boundaries between the living room, bedroom and bar area.
The kitchen is detached.

In the living room there is a cosy and romantic Bar counter.

The Bar is very handy to prepare breakfast, coffee break and happy hour and spending good time with your fellow guests.
Even a fast dinner can be made thanks to a small fridge and oven, coffee machine and many small and cool kitchen tools.

I personally design the loft trying to follow the concepts of functional minimalism.
The decoration is inspired by the lake's colours with a lot of attention to small design details.

There is a king size bed and a a king size sofa bed and 4 people can comfortably sleep for few days.
I placed several lamps all around the place to create a customizable, embracing and distributed illumination.
Guest access
Apartment is at the 3rd floor and you get there with the elevator.
Guests enter the apartment through a private corridor that is also a waiting room. In the waiting room, you are allowed to leave your luggage before check-in and after the check-out.
Additional notes
Kitchen has a low ceiling. The windows are digitally controlled by a remote as much as the curtains.
The house is plenty of house appliances.
I am available to explain the many house amenities in person if needed, but I will send you a digital manual before the check-in and detailed check-in instruction with pictures.

I am available full time via chat and telephone. I can show up in n in case is needed or send a trusted person.

There is self check-in and guests pick up the keys in a box through a key-code.
Neighborhood overview
The apartment is the Inner City but reachable with the car. That makes my accommodation a rare find.

Large parking slots are in front and and a free parking slot in 400 mt.
There are local food grocery, bars and fancy shops just downstairs.
The historical and elegant building in front of the City All, Police Office, Information Desk. It is the safest street of the Inner City.
It is a great location also to visit Italy and Garda. Train Station is at 900 mt and allows you to be in Milan and Venice in a couple of hours. Also you have direct access to the highway in 10 minutes car.
Getting around
The building entrance is in front of the City All, Police Station and Information Desk. Is secure and silent street.
You reach the harbour in 170mt. The city square in 50 mt.
There are nice bars and elegant shops in the street. A grocery at the ground floor where you can buy local food.
There are a lot of parking options. You can arrive with the car at the building entrance and park in the building free spots. A large free parking slot is in 400 mt,
The train station is just 900mt and connect Milan and Venice in 3 hours daily and every hour.
